Shipping and Handling:

Please note that generally sellers bear no responsibility for USPS mail delays and/or loss if insurance is not requested.  The seller is not responsible for any damage incurred by the USPS. 

FOUR SHIPPING METHODS (New Rates as of Monday, May 14, 2007):

1)  All jewelry, precious metals and large purchase orders are automatically sent USPS PRIORITY 3-DAY SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE (unless requested to be sent without insurance). Shipping and handling usually costs $6.95 for orders up to $50 and up to one pound.  For orders from $50.01 to $100.00, add $1.65 extra for insurance.  For orders over one pound to three pounds add $1.50.

2)  USPS PRIORITY 3-DAY WITHOUT INSURANCE - $5.50  (This includes Delivery Confirmation).  For orders over one pound to three pounds add $1.65.

3)  USPS FIRST CLASS WITH INSURANCE - $5.25 for orders up to $50, for orders $50.01 to $100.00, please add $1.65 for insurance.  For orders over one pound to three pounds add $1.65. 

4)  USPS FIRST CLASS WITHOUT INSURANCE - $3.65.   (This includes Delivery Confirmation).  For orders over one pound to three pounds add $1.65. 

 

If you would like your purchase to be sent to you by overnight service UPS, the rate is usually $30 to $35, please call me (Jo-Ann 302-893-4699) and I can make the necessary changes to your invoice.   

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the undamaged item or items in the same packaging as it was sent in within 10 days of invoice date for a refund. (sorry no return for postage).
